For all of you apple fans

Hello guys! well this week's post im going to focus on all of the products that apple will be unveiling. Now i'm going to be honest I don't really keep up on apple's products all that much but it was interesting to find out about some of the products that they will be releasing. First off they have refined iOS 7.1 (which is the latest operating system on iphones) They have changed the screen that displays an incoming phone call and they have refined the calendar view. They are currently working with 2 other companies to try to perfect their maps app since google no longer lets them use the google maps app. Apple is also going to release a new version of the apple TV featuring a camera on the front that will allow you to use hand gestures to swipe through music and movies. Hand gestures will also allow you to type on the keyboard; I can't wrap my head around how they propose this will work but I guess we will just have to wait and find out. The third thing that was mentioned is the touch less integration they will be adding into the new 2014 car models. Apple will also be working with pioneer to add the touch less controls to pioneers aftermarket units as well so it won't leave out the people that do not want to buy a new car just to get these features.

  1. This was actually some pretty cool information. I am relieved they will be reworking the maps app as I can't stand the way it currently works. Motion controls for apple t.v. sounds silly, I never cared for it on the xbox but we'll have to see how it plays out.

    1. I don't own an iphone but the one time that i used one to navigate to california i didn't run into any issues with it, i just didn't really like the interface. What don't you like about the maps app on iphone? just curious lol

    2. I have had some serious issues with it getting me to the right place. Two times was enough for me to call it a day with that app. I can however recommend it if you like going to random places that you are not trying to get too!

In all honesty it has been a couple years since I have used it. I may give it another try, but those bad first impressions tend to stick with me.

    3. hahaha. Im sure there have been some improvements to that app. Well at least i would hope so lol I still have a iphone 3g and I used the maps app and I didn't run into any issues but I didn't like how it doesn't give you a close up view of where yore going. It's just a dot on the map that moves lol The most detailed it gets is by providing you instructions on where to turn that you have to read.

  2. I enjoyed reading this post. As my husband and I are Apple exclusive. We both have the newest iPhones, MacBook Pros, iPads, and AppleTv. I also do not like how maps is handle and am interested to see how they fix that app. I am with Nicolas on the motion controls on a TV it sounds silly, we rarely use the motion or voice controls on the Xbox I can't see "waving" at my TV when I can just push a button.

    1. Yeah if most of the things you own are apple products they are all made to work well together. I have things from all kinds of different manufactures because i just like to see how it all works haha Yeah i dont see a gesture TV being useful, if anything it would probably get kind of frustrating trying to type letters and stuff.

  3. I will never have enough money for an apple, but if I ever happen to buy one my GF will kill me because that's food that could be in our tummies. But this information is very cool and would be useful if I were to buy! I'm more of a believer that they should really update their phones less so maybe people like me have a chance to buy and not be left in the dust with old models? Maybe that's just me, but cool post.
